I am heavily influenced by my Indian heritage and cooking this food comes as second nature. I have had a very varied and fun filled life so I am also influenced, and continue to be influenced by many different cuisines across the globe. I will turn my hand to any style of cooking from British comfort classics to spicy flavourful Thai salads and curries.
Food & Family.
My grandmother was a fantastic gujerati vegetarian cook and my mother taught me how to cook Indian veggie and meat dishes. I passed on my love of cooking to my son, Rudi, who is a chef.
You will be hearing from my Ma and Rudi from time to time as this site is a celebration of family and recipes that you too can cook for your own loved ones.
