In my humble opinion the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Friday brunch is simply the best on the island. An amazing array of food to choose from.
We always start with a glass of bubbly and a seafood platter made up of oysters, king prawns, crab and lobster. Then I move onto the excellent chaat stand and order pani puri, dahi puri and a selection of tandoori fish and chicken dishes. Today I tried the Italian food which was excellent – mushroom risotto to die for! I also tried the Thai green curry and chicken krapow which were also very good.
It’s impossible to fit everything in as unfortunately tummy capacity is finite 🙁 However we found some space for the yummy desserts which all looked like works of art! A big thumbs up from us for this scrumptious Friday Brunch!
