Brown Crab Meat and King Prawn Spaghetti

Serves 2

What You Need

150g brown crab meat (or brown/white 50:50 mix)
150g raw tiger prawns
3 really big garlic cloves (crushed)
Dried chilli flakes (to taste. I like it scorchio and add 1tsp. So add at your peril)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 large tin chopped tomatoes (I like Mutti tomatoes)
Salt to taste
Spaghetti or linguine

How To Make It

Put pasta on to cook
1. Heat oil on a gentle heat in a large frying pan
2. Add garlic and chilli flakes (do not allow garlic to burn). Cook for 2 mins until garlic is soft
3. Add tinned tomatoes and turn up heat. Fry for 2 mins
4. Add prawns. Fry for 2 mins
5. Add crab meat and heat through
6. Season will salt and pepper (salt may not be required as brown crab meat can be quite salty)
7. Remove from heat (u don’t want prawns to over cook)
8. When pasta is cooked use tongs to transfer pasta to the sauce in the frying pan
9. Mix & Coat pasta in sauce
10. Serve. Yum 😋
